Value of Health Management in Physical Examination for Prevention of Occupational Diseases

目的:分析健康管理在职业病预防体检中的价值。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月于公共卫生服务中心开展职业病预防性体检的作业人员660例为研究对象,随机分成两组,各330例。对照组给予常规体检管理,观察组在对照组基础上给予健康管理。比较两组职业病防治知识掌握度、职业病防治态度正确率、职业病防治行为正确率、体检满意度。结果:观察组职业病防治知识掌握度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组职业病防治态度正确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组职业病防治行为正确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体检满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:在职业病预防性体检中应用健康管理,可提高工作者对疾病防治知识的掌握度,使其树立正确的职业病防治态度,体检满意度较高。

Objective:To analyze the value of health management in physical examination for prevention of occupational diseases.Methods:A total of 660 workers who carried out occupational disease preventive physical examination were selected as the study subjects in public health service centers from January 2019 to December 2021,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 330 cases in each group.The control group was given routine physical examination management,and the observation group was given health management based on the control group.The Knowledge of occupational disease prevention,correct rate of attitude towards occupational disease prevention and control,correct rate of occupational disease prevention and control behaviors,and physical examination satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The score of occupational disease prevention and control knowledge in observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);the correct rate of occupational disease prevention and control attitude in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);the correct rate of occupational disease prevention behavior in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of physical examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The application of health management in the preventive physical examination of occupational diseases can improve the workers'knowledge of disease prevention and control,make them establish the correct attitude of occupational disease prevention and control,and the satisfaction of physical examination is higher.
