难治性糖尿病足治疗分析

Treatment of refractory diabetes foot

目的针对基础治疗联合PRP治疗糖尿病足疗效分析,为临床治疗提供新思路。方法2019年1月至2022年3月河南大学淮河医院整形外科收治15例糖尿病足患者,均采用基础治疗联合PRP治疗。结果15例患者取得不同程度满意的疗效,其中3例痊愈,7例明显好转,4例好转,1例无效,患者满意度高。结论在临床工作中如遇到难治性进展快糖尿病足时,要拓宽对本疾病的全面分析思维及多学科综合治疗的理念,提高全面综合治疗方法及预期预后结果的能力,尽量将损害降到最小化,提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of basic treatment combined with PRP in the treatment of diabetes foot,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods From January 2019 to March 2022,15 patients with diabetes foot were admitted to the plastic surgery department of Huaihe Hospital of Henan University.All of them were treated with basic treatment combined with PRP.Result 15 patients achieved varying degrees of improvement,of which 3 were cured,7 were signifcantly improved,4 were improved,and 1 was ineffective.Patient satisfaction was high.Conclusion In clinical work,in case of refractory diabetes foot with rapid progress,it is necessary to broaden the comprehensive analytical thinking and multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment concept of the disease,improve the comprehensive treatment method and the ability to predict the prognosis,minimize the damage as far as possible,and improve patient satisfaction.
