基于计划行为理论的康复护理联合VSD技术用于手部烧伤整形患者对创面愈合及满意度的影响

The effect of rehabilitation care combined with VSD technology based on planned behavior theory on wound healing and satisfaction

目的探讨基于计划行为理论的康复护理联合负压封闭引流(VSD)技术用于手部烧伤整形患者对创面愈合及满意度的影响。方法选取2020年6月~2023年2月本院整形美容科收治的手部烧伤患者70例,按照计算机随机分配法分为2组,对照组(n=35)给予常规护理联合VSD技术,观察组(n=35)在此基础上联合基于计划行为理论的康复护理,连续干预3个月,比较2两组患者干预后烧伤愈合效果、干预后瘢痕情况、手部关节活动度变化以及患者满意度变化。结果干预后观察组愈合总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组手指关节总活动度(TAM)优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于计划行为理论的康复护理联合VSD技术有利于提高手部烧伤整形患者的创面愈合效果,改善其手部瘢痕情况,提升其术后手部关节活动度及护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with negative pressure closed drainage(VSD)technology based on planned behavior theory on wound healing and satisfaction in hand burn orthopedic patients.Methods 70 patients admitted to our department from June 2020 to February 2023 were divided into 2 groups according to the computer random ization method.The control group(n=35),and the observation group(n=35)combined rehabilitation care based on planned behavior theory for 3 months of continuous intervention,comparing the burn healing effect after intervention,scar,hand joint mobility and patient satisfaction.Results The total healing rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)score was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total range of motion(TAM)of the fnger joint was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the post-intervention observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing and VSD technology based on the behavior theory of planned behavior is benefcial to improving the wound healing effect of patients,improving their scar condition,and improving the degree of postoperative hand joints and nursing satisfaction.
