煤矿CO_(2)矿化充填技术研究进展

摘要 煤矿采空区充填涉及煤矿安全生产以及岩层和含水层的保护,CO_(2)和工业固废的不当处理也造成了生态环境的破坏,针对这些问题,科研人员提出煤矿CO_(2)矿化充填技术。将工业固废粉碎搅拌制成反应浆料,与捕获到的CO_(2)一并充入采空区进行充分混合,并施加适当条件形成固体碳酸盐,生成的碳酸盐产物具有较好的强度和稳定性;此外,浆料中大量存在的SiO_(2)可通过反应生成硅胶,为充填体增加强度。总结CO_(2)矿化充填技术路线,对可用于制备CO_(2)矿化充填材料的工业固废进行分析,探究CO_(2)矿化充填影响因素,并对几种新兴CO_(2)矿化充填实验案例进行了介绍。 The filling of goaf in coal mines involves the safe production of coal mines and the protection of rock layers and aquifers.The improper treatment of CO_(2) and industrial solid waste has also caused damage to the ecological environment.In response to these problems,the researchers have proposed the CO_(2) mineralization filling technology in coal mines.The industrial solid waste is crushed and stirred into a reaction slurry,,which is then fully mixed with captured CO_(2) in the goaf,and the appropriate conditions are applied to form a solid carbonate.The generated carbonate products have good strength and stability.In addition,the large amount of SiO2 present in the slurry can generate silica gel through reaction,increasing the strength of the filling body.This paper summarizes the CO_(2) mineralization filling technology route,analyzes the industrial solid waste that can be used to prepare CO_(2) mineralization filling materials,explores the influencing factors of CO_(2) mineralization filling,and introduces several emerging CO_(2) mineralization filling experimental cases.
