四川省火力发电厂碳排放情况研究探讨

Research on Carbon Emission of Thermal Power Plants in Sichuan Province

为研究四川省内火力发电厂碳排放情况、制定合适的碳排放发展战略,本文通过对四川省内火力发电企业生产现状进行归纳分析,并结合国内其他省域碳排放情况进行分析比较。结果表明,四川省在碳排放发展战略方面与国内情况大同小异,四川省所在华中区域的年增长率为15.25%,增长速度为中速。结合四川省域的实际情况,提出构建多指标的火电厂碳排放评价体系,从技术层面为四川省的碳排放提出相应的发展战略。

In order to study the carbon emission situation of thermal power plants in Sichuan Province and enact appropriate development strategies,the production status of thermal power generation enterprises is summarized and analyzed,and the carbon emission of other provinces in China is analyzed and compared.The analysis results show that the carbon emission development strategy of Sichuan Province is similar to other areas of the country,and the annual rate of growth of central China is 15.25,which belongs to medium speed.According to the actual situation,the multi-index carbon emission evaluation system of thermal power plants is proposed,and the corresponding development strategy for carbon emission is proposed from the technical level.
