摘要 中性粒细胞是循环系统中数量最多,最主要的杀伤病原体的细胞,且最先到达感染部位。中性粒细胞既参与初始免疫又在破坏性炎症反应中充当效应细胞。中性粒细胞在人体内的丰度和它的固有性质都使它具备靶向炎症部位递送药物的能力,它们在炎症反应中的重要作用使得人们越来越多地关注中性粒细胞的治疗潜力。主要从利用中性粒细胞作载体、中性粒细胞外泌体作载体以及体内利用中性粒细胞特性靶向递送药物方面综述了中性粒细胞介导的药物递送系统的研究进展。 Neutrophils are the first to reach the site of infection as they are the most numerous and dominant pathogen-killing cells in the circulatory system.They are both involved in initial immunity and act as effector cells in destructive inflammatory responses.The abundance of neutrophils in the human body and their inherent properties give them the ability to target inflammatory sites for drug delivery,and their important role in the inflammatory response has led to increasing attention to the therapeutic potential of neutrophils.In this review paper,the research progress in neutrophil-mediated drug delivery systems is reviewed,including the use of neutrophils as carriers,neutrophil exosomes as carriers,and in vivo targeted delivery of drugs using neutrophil properties.
