摘要
本文综合采用世界投入产出数据库、中国工业企业数据库与中国海关数据库,研究制造业数字化对企业出口产品质量的影响。研究结果表明:制造业数字化显著提升了企业出口产品质量,通过生产效率提高和创新能力提升两个渠道产生影响。数字化的出口产品质量效应存在异质性特征,表现为数字化对低加工贸易占比、低开放程度区域与异质行业企业的出口产品质量的促进作用更强。调节机制检验表明,企业人力资本技能水平与信贷资源的获取进一步强化了数字化对企业出口产品质量的提升效应。本文实证结论为有效实施制造业数字化,挖掘出口产品质量升级的新动力提供借鉴。
Based on date from the World Input-Output Database,China Industrial Enterprise Database,and China Customs Database,this paper analyzed the impact of manufacturing digitization on the quality of enterprises'export products.The results indicate that the manufacturing digitalization significantly improves the quality of enterprises'export products,and has an impact through the improvement of production efficiency and innovation ability.The improvement effect of digitalization on the quality of export products exhibits heterogeneity,manifested as a stronger enhancement effect on enterprises with low proportion of processing trade,as well as enterprises in low openness regions and heterogeneous industries.As indicated by the mechanism test,enterprises'level of human capital skills and credit acquisition further reinforce the above-mentioned improvement effect.The results provide decision-making support for the effective implementation of manufacturing digitalization and tapping new impetus for the quality upgrade of export products.
