含缺口铝合金不同载荷下疲劳寿命分析

摘要 研究铝合金轻型材料的疲劳寿命以及持久极限,为产品的设计提供疲劳性能指标是极其重要的。按相关标准规定将铝合金型材加工成标准试样,然后使用电火花切割预制缺口,在准静态拉伸机上进行静态拉伸实验获得材料的基本力学性能参数,然后使用MTS疲劳实验机,根据所获得的基本力学性能参数对含缺口试样进行不同载荷下的疲劳实验。分析结果发现,随着载荷的下降疲劳寿命增加,但其增速变慢。 It is very important to study the fatigue life and endurance limit of aluminum alloy light materials and provide fatigue performance indicators for product design.The aluminum alloy profiles were processed into standard samples according to the relevant standards,and then the notches were cut by EDM.The basic mechanical properties of the materials were obtained by static tensile test on a quasi-static tensile machine.Then,using MTS fatigue testing machine,according to the obtained basic mechanical property parameters,fatigue tests were carried out on notched specimens under different loads.Through the analysis results,it was found that the fatigue life increased with the decrease of load.However,with the decrease of load,the fatigue life increased slowly.
