摘要
以螺纹连接中的螺栓连接作为研究对象,针对螺栓支架在结构设计方面存在的局部应力值较大问题,采用ABAQUS仿真分析的方法进行了螺栓支架连接的仿真,得到支架受竖直向上外力条件下,支架和螺栓的应力分布云图。首先分析了螺栓支架连接可能发生破坏的位置,其次通过数学公式分析了螺栓受到的附加外力,最后对螺栓支架在局部应力强度较大问题提出了一些改进方式,可以为螺栓支架连接的可靠性提供理论依据。
The bolted connection in the threaded connection was taken as the research object.Aiming at the problem of large local stress value in the structural design of the bolted support,ABAQUS simulation analysis method was used to simulate the bolted support connection.The stress distribution nephogram of support and bolt was obtained when the support was subjected to vertical upward external force.Firstly,the possible damage location of the bolted support connection was analyzed.Secondly,the additional external force on the bolt was analyzed through the mathematical formula.Finally,some methods of improvement were proposed for the problem of large local stress strength of the bolted support.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the reliability of bolted support connections.
