加味桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心阳不振型室性早搏35例临床观察

Clinical effect of Jiawei Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction in treatment of ventricular premature beats with heart-Yang deficiency:An analysis of 35 cases

目的:观察加味桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心阳不振型室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:将70例心阳不振型室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组予以琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合加味桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后的中医证候积分、24 h室性早搏次数及不良反应发生情况,并评定综合疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为88.57%(31/35),对照组为62.86%(22/35),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组中医证候积分及24 h室性早搏次数治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组均出现轻度胃部不适、恶心等不良反应,其中治疗组2例,对照组1例。结论:加味桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤能有效改善心阳不振型室性早搏患者的症状,减少室性早搏发生次数,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature beats with heart-Yang deficiency.Methods:A total of 70 patients with ventricular premature beats with heart-Yang deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,and those in the treatment group were given Jiawei Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,number of ventricular premature beats in 24 hours,and adverse reactions before and after treatment,and overall response was evaluated.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[88.57%(31/35)vs 62.86%(22/35),P<0.01].After treatment,both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score and the number of ventricular premature beats in 24 hours,and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).Both groups had the adverse reactions of mild gastric discomfort and nausea,which involved 2 patients in the treatment group and 1 patient in the control group.Conclusion:Jiawei Guizhi Gancao Longgu Mulidecoction can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with ventricular premature beats with heart-Yang deficiency and reduce the number of ventricular premature beats,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.
