预应力钢绞线与环氧砂浆粘结滑移性能研究

摘要 为了研究预应力钢绞线与环氧砂浆的粘结性能对其锚固性能的影响,从粘结机理、破坏形式和影响因素三个方面展开分析,通过钢绞线的拉拔试验,研究钢绞线的破坏形态,分析不同涂层对其粘接性能的影响,为设计小直径钢绞线冷铸锚成品拉索提供参考。 In order to study the influence of the bonding performance between the prestressed steel strand and epoxy mortar on their anchoring performance,the analysis is conducted from three aspects of bonding mechanism,failure mode and influencing factors.Through the pull-out test of steel strand,the failure mode of steel strand is studied,and the influence of different coatings on their bonding performance is analyzed,so as to provide reference for the design of cold cast anchor finished cables of small diameter steel strand.
