采煤机滚筒螺旋叶片调节式压制模具设计与研究

摘要 针对目前采煤机滚筒螺旋叶片固定压制模具无法调整叶片的参数,造成压制精度低等问题,设计了一种采煤机螺旋叶片自动调节压制模具。该模具由一个上模和一个下模组成,上模与下模结构相同,通过自动控制系统可自动调节模具中可动筋板摆动角度,从而可满足在不更换模具情况下使待压制螺旋叶片的螺旋升角达到设计要求,并利用Ansys有限元分析软件对模具进行了静力学分析,分析结果表明:可调节式压制模具结构方案设计合理,工作稳定,性能安全可靠,为后续结构优化设计和改进提供合理的理论依据。 In response to the current problem of low pressing accuracy caused by the inability to adjust the parameters of the fixed pressing mold for the spiral blades of the shearer drum,an automatic adjustment pressing mold for the spiral blades of the shearer has been designed.The mold consists of an upper mold and a lower mold,which have the same structure.The swing angle of the movable rib plate in the mold can be automatically adjusted through an automatic control system,which can meet the design requirements for the spiral rise angle of the spiral blade to be pressed without changing the mold.The mold was analyzed statically using Ansys finite element analysis software,and the analysis results show that the design of the adjustable compression mold structure scheme is reasonable,Stable work,safe and reliable performance,providing a reasonable theoretical basis for subsequent structural optimization design and improvement.
