云冈煤矿老空水探放工艺分析研究

摘要 老空水是影响矿井安全生产重要因素,具有涌水量大、破坏性强等特点。透水事故会导致人员伤亡或被困,营救难度较大。以晋能控股煤业集团云冈矿12^(#)煤层8637工作面(回收煤柱工作面)为例,通过8637工作面切眼布置探水钻场和管路连接,将8611采空区积水靠自压排放至同层相对较低的8613采空区内。通过探放水管路导流,约8.1万m^(3)老空水从8611采空区排至8613采空区,消除8637工作面老空水安全隐患。 The goaf water is an important factor affecting the safety production of the mine,with the characteristics of large water inflow and strong destructiveness.Permeable accidents often lead to multiple casualties or trapped people,and rescue is difficult.Taking 8637 working face of NO.12 coal seam(coal pillar recovery working face)as an example,the water exploration drilling field is arranged through the cutting hole of 8637 working face,and the accumulated water in the 8611 goaf is discharged into the relatively low 8613 goaf of the same layer by self-pressure through the drilling and pipeline connection.About 81000 m^(3) of ogoaf water is discharged from the 8611 goaf to the 8613 goaf through the diversion of the drainage pipeline,eliminating the potential safety hazard of goaf water in the 8637 working face.
