双阳煤矿采煤作业规程编制与管理系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 信息化建设是智慧矿山发展的必要环节。为提高双阳煤矿智能开采水平,提升双阳煤矿采煤工作面作业规程编制、审阅、学习和管理的效率,以双阳煤矿采煤工作面作业规程所涉及的工作面煤层地质、巷道支护、煤炭生产和应急安全防范等内容为基础设计了双阳煤矿采煤作业规程模板,并以Django3为系统后端开发框架、Vue3为系统前端开发框架、Element-Plus前端组件库和“腾讯云”数据库为技术支持,开发了集采煤作业规程自动编制、审阅、修改、通知、学习为一体的采煤作业规程编制与管理系统,作业规程编制人员、审阅人员和普通工人通过在线平台即可分别编制、审阅、修改和学习相应的采煤作业规程,三者权限明确,互不干扰。研究结果表明,双阳煤矿采煤作业规程编制与管理系统提高了采煤作业规程编制、审阅和管理的效率,是对传统采煤作业规程编制的信息化升级,为双阳煤矿智能化转型做出了贡献。 Information construction is a necessary part of smart mine development.In order to improve the level of intelligent mining in Shuangyang Coal Mine and enhance the efficiency of preparation,review,learning and management of operation procedures of coal mining working face in Shuangyang Coal Mine,the template of coal mining working procedures in Shuangyang Coal Mine based on the working face geology,underground tunnel support,coal production and emergency safety prevention is designed,and uses Django3 as the system back-end development framework,Vue3 as the system frontend development framework,Element-Plus front-end component library and“Tencent Cloud”database as technical support,develops a coal mining operation procedure preparation and management system that integrates automatic preparation,review,modification,notification and learning of coal mining operation procedures.The platform can prepare,review,modify and learn the corresponding coal mining operation procedures respectively,with clear authority of the three characters,without interfering with each other.The test proves that the preparation and management system of coal mining operation procedures in Shuangyang Coal Mine has improved the efficiency of the preparation,review and management of coal mining operation procedures,which is an information upgrade of the traditional coal mining operation procedures,and has contributed to the intelligent transformation of Shuangyang Coal Mine.
