入住无菌层流床联合风险控制模式护理对白血病患儿化疗感染的预防效果

Effect of sterile laminar flow ward combined with nursing care based on risk control model on prevention of chemotherapy-induced infection in leukemia children

目的 探究风险控制模式护理对无菌层流床入住的白血病患儿化疗感染预防的应用效果。方法 选择2019年6月-2022年6月于中国医科大学附属盛京医院接受化疗治疗的急性白血病患儿126例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各63例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采用风险控制模式护理。比较两组患者治疗期间的感染情况、住院时间、抗菌药物使用时间及患儿家属满意度。结果 研究组患儿的感染率为22.22%(14/63)低于对照组(P=0.001);研究组住院时间、抗菌药物使用时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意度优于对照组(P=0.020)。结论 风险控制模式护理应用于急性白血病患儿化疗治疗入住无菌层流床,可有效降低患儿的感染率,提高患儿家属的满意度。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effectiveness of risk control model nursing for the prevention of chemotherapy infections in children with leukemia admitted to sterile laminar flow wards.METHODS Totally 126 children diagnosed with acute leukemia who received chemotherapy in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from Jun.2019 to Jun.2022 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 63 cases in each group.Children in control group received routine care,children in the study group received the risk control model of care on the basis of the control group.The incidence of infection,the length of hospitalization,the duration of antimicrobial drug use and the satisfaction of the family members of the children were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The infection rate of children in the study group was 22.22%(14/63),lower than that in the control group(P=0.001);the length of hospitalization and the duration of antimicrobial drug use in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the study group was better than that of the control group(P=0.020).CONCLUSION The application of risk control model nursing in the admission of children with acute leukemia to a sterile laminar flow wards for chemotherapy treatment could effectively reduce the incidence of infection and improve the satisfaction of children′s family members.
