小清河淄博段浮游动物群落结构特征调查分析

摘要 为了解淄博地区的水生态环境状况及浮游生物群落结构特征,2022年秋季在小清河淄博段开展了浮游动物调查研究。共采集到浮游动物4类48种,轮虫种类数最多,占浮游动物总种类数的70.83%,枝角类种类数最少,占比为4.17%。浮游动物平均密度为150.1个/L,浮游动物平均生物量为0.333mg/L。浮游动物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、 Pielou均匀度指数平均值分别为2.37、 0.55。调查结果显示,小清河淄博段水质整体处于轻污染状态。建议进一步采取有效措施加强小清河河周边环境治理,减少生活污水排入,降低人类活动干扰。 In order to understand the status of aquatic ecological environment and the community structure of plankton in Zibo section of Xiaoqing River,a zooplankton survey was carried out in autumn 2022.A total of 48 species of zooplankton belonging to 4 categories were collected in this survey,among which the Rotifera were dominant in the species composition,with accounting for 70.83%of the total zooplankton species,and the number of Cladocera was the smallest,accounting for 4.17%.The average density of zooplankton was 150.lind./L,and the average biomass was 0.333mg/L.The mean value of Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index of zooplankton were 2.37 and 0.55,respectively.The water quality evaluation results basing on biodiversity index show that the water quality of Zibo section of Xiaoqing River was in the state of light pollution state.It was suggested that the further effective measures should be taken to strengthen the environmental control around Zibo section of Xiaoqing River,reduce the discharge of domestic sewage and reduce the interference from human activities.
