摘要
教育家精神是教育工作者在长期育人实践中形成的价值理念和崇高品质的集中表达,伴随时代发展有了崭新意蕴。就其结构而言,教育家精神有着严密的内在逻辑,同时也规约着教师个体成长及群体发展的价值追求与行为规范。从其定位来看,教育家精神是对中国教育传统和教育精神的时代诠释,也是教师队伍建设规律新认识的时代标注,同时还是教育强国建设新征程精神旗帜的时代说明,其内涵的价值表征和实践要求,共同形塑了独特的价值谱系。在加快建设教育强国的征程中,可从社会与个体双重塑造机制促进教育家精神养成,实现教师队伍高质量发展。
The spirit of educators is a concentrated expression of the values and noble qualities formed by educators in their long-term educational practice.Its concept is proposed in the context of the urgent need for higher spiritual value lineages to guide teachers'forward development in the construction of an educational power.As a synthesis of beliefs,morality,values,and qualities,the spirit of educators not only reflects the rigorous internal logic,but also the value pursuit and value norms for the individual growth and group development of teachers.From the perspective of value positioning,the spirit of educators is an interpretation of the Chinese educational tradition and spirit of the times,a new understanding of the laws of teacher team construction,and an explanation of the spirit banner of the new journey of building an educational power.In addition,the value representation and practical requirements of the spirit of educators are the embodiment and dependence of the spirit of educators,jointly forming the value spectrum of the spirit of educators.In terms of value realization,constructing a dual shaping mechanism of society and individuals is an important way to cultivate the spirit of educators.
