特发性息肉样脉络膜血管病变患者术后特殊体位联合多方位护理的效果

Efficacy of Special Position Combined with Multi-Directional Nursing after Operation for Idiopathic Polypoid Choroidal Vasculopathy

目的探讨玻璃体切割联合视网膜下注射阿替普酶等治疗特发性息肉样脉络膜血管病变(PCV)术后护理的方式及其可行性。方法选取2022年1—12月进行玻璃体切割联合视网膜下注射阿替普酶、玻璃体腔注射康柏西普的PCV患者56例。患者在术后2 h内每隔20 min摇头1次;嘱患者面部向下或俯卧位休息,同时进行心理、局部等多方位护理。记录患者术后护理满意度、依从性、并发症发生率及视力水平。结果患者护理总满意度为96.4%,总依从率为98.0%,眼压升高、角膜水肿、感染等总并发症发生率为10.7%,患者术后视力较术前有明显改善(P<0.0001)。结论在特殊体位基础上联合多方位护理对玻璃体切割联合阿替普酶等治疗的PCV患者效果确切。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of postoperative nursing care in patients undergoing vitrectomy combined with subretinal injection of alteplase for idiopathic polypoid choroidal vasculopathy(PCV).Methods A total of 56 PCV patients who underwent vitrectomy combined with subretinal injection of alteplase and intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs from January to December 2022 were selected in this study.The patients shook their heads once every 20 minutes within 2 hours after surgery,and were asked to rest in a face-down or prone position.Furthermore,the patients were given psychological,local and other multi-directional nursing.The satisfaction,compliance,complication rate and visual acuity were recorded.Results The total satisfaction rate was 96.4%,the total compliance rate was 98.0%,and the total incidence of complications such as intraocular pressure increase,corneal edema and infection was 10.7%.The visual acuity was significantly improved after surgery(P<0.0001).Conclusion Multi-directional nursing based on special position is effective for PCV patients undergoing vitrectomy combined with subretinal injection of alteplase.
