低温等离子射频消融术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的围术期护理体会

Experience of Perioperative Nursing in Children Undergoing Low Temperature Plasma Radiofrequency Ablation for Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome

目的总结低温等离子射频消融术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的围术期护理,更好地提升手术效果。方法对南昌大学第二附属医院2021年6—9月收治的66例采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗的OSAHS患儿的临床资料及围术期护理进行回顾性分析。结果66例OSAHS患儿,男39例,女27例,年龄3.5~11.0岁,病程6个月~6年。所有患儿均顺利完成手术,手术时间21~68 min。经积极有效的围术期护理,66例患儿住院治疗期间均未见明显并发症及相关不良反应,术后14 d所有患儿张嘴呼吸及睡眠打鼾等临床症状均明显改善或消失。结论低温等离子射频消融术对儿童OSAHS有较好的手术效果,采取积极有效的围术期护理有利于患儿恢复,减少或防止术后并发症的发生,保证手术疗效。

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing in children undergoing low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)for improving the efficacy of surgery.Methods Clinical data of 66 children who underwent low temperature plasma ablation for OSAHS from June to September 2021 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 66 OSAHS children aged from 3.5 to 11 years,39 were males and 27 were females.The disease course ranged 6 months to 6 years.All the children successfully completed the operation,and the operation time was 21-68 minutes.After active and effective perioperative nursing,no obvious complications and adverse reactions were observed in the 66 children during hospitalization.The clinical symptoms such as mouth breathing and snoring disappeared or were obviously improved at 14 days after operation.Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation is effective for OSAHS in children.Active and efficient perioperative nursing is conducive to the recovery of children,reduces or prevents the occurrence of postoperative complications,and ensures the efficacy of surgery.
