“新工科”教育背景下专业型硕士创新能力培养探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 在新工科“适合国家之需、适应社会之需”“面向社会、面向市场”培养高层次人才目标要求下,研究生教育的战略性、重要性日益凸显。探索我国研究生创新能力培养,研究如何更好地提升专业型硕士的创新能力十分必要。立足专业型硕士研究生的创新发展,结合专业型硕士研究生创新能力现状及培养经验,从提高创新意识、重视实践教学、激发创造活力三方面,提出创新能力培养的方法和路径。建立校企合作和“双导师”制相结合的专业型硕士创新能力教育模式,开启新时代专业型硕士研究生创新能力培养的新局面。 Under the requirement of the goal of cultivating high-level talents in the new engineering discipline,which is"suited to the needs of the country and adapted to the needs of the society","facing the society and facing the market",the strategy and importance of postgraduates'education have become more and more prominent.It is necessary to explore the cultivation of innovation ability of postgraduates in China and study how to better improve the innovation ability of professional master's degree.Based on the innovation development of professional master's degree students,and taking into account the current situation of innovation ability of professional master's degree students and their cultivation experience,we put forward the methods and paths of innovation ability cultivation from the aspects of raising innovation consciousness,emphasizing practical teaching and stimulating creativity.We propose methods and paths for the cultivation of innovation ability in the three aspects of raising innovation consciousness,emphasizing practical teaching and stimulating creativity.We will establish the education mode of innovation ability of professional master's degree students by combining university-enterprise cooperation and the"dualmentor"system,and open up a new situation for the cultivation of innovation ability of professional master's degree students in the new era.
