摘要
应用型本科高校的根本任务是以实现就业、推动地区经济发展为目标培养应用型人才。深化产教融合,和行业企业形成命运共同体,让行业企业参与人才培养全过程是应用型高校发展的必经之路。应用型高校通过人才培养模式个性化、专业设置地方化、课程设置创新化、实践教学体系生产化、产教融合创新教学模式、产教融合多维度创新育人模式等举措来深化产教融合,为地方经济发展培养复合应用型人才。
The fundamental task of application-oriented undergraduate universities is to achieve employment and promote regional economic development.We will deepen integration of industry and education to form a community with a shared future with industrial enterprises.It is the only way for the development of application-oriented universities to let the industry enterprises participate in the whole process of talent training.Applied colleges and universities strengthening the integration of production and education by personalizing talent training mode,professional setting and localization,innovative curriculum design,production of practice teaching system,integration of industry and education and innovative teaching mode,multi-dimensional innovative education mode,thus cultivating compound applied talents for local economic development.
