The Dilemma and Breakthrough of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Engineering

高校大学生思想政治教育工作必须秉持协同育人理念,必须有一支合格的协同育人教师队伍。新工科背景下,优化高校思政教育协同育人工作,必须正视思政教育协同育人的困境:一是部分专业课教师的思政育人意识存在偏差;二是高校思政课教学的针对性有待进一步优化;三是企业导师的思政理论知识水平有待提高;四是专业教师、思政课教师、企业导师之间落实协同育人理念方面有不足。优化思想政治教育协同育人工作的策略有四:一是增强专业课教师的思政育人意识;二是根据不同专业学生开展有针对性的思政课程教学工作;三是提高企业导师的思政理论水平;四是健全思政教育协同育人体系。

The ideological and political education for university students must adhere to the concept of coordinated education and requires a qualified team of educators.Under the background of new engineering disciplines,optimizing the coordinated education in ideological and political education in universities requires acknowledging the challenges:First,there is a deviation in the awareness of ideological and political education among some subject teachers.Second,the targeted nature of ideological and political courses in universities needs further improvement.Third,the level of theoretical knowledge in ideological and political education among industry mentors needs enhancement.Fourth,there is room for improvement in implementing the concept of coordinated education among subject teachers,ideological and political education teachers,and industry mentors.Strategies to optimize the coordinated education in ideological and political education include:First,enhancing the awareness of ideological and political education among subject teachers.Second,conducting targeted ideological and political course teaching based on the needs of students in different majors.Third,improving the theoretical level of industry mentors in ideological and political education.Fourth,establishing a sound system for coordinated education in ideological and political education.
