基于信息融合的一体化执法系统设计

Design of integrated law enforcement system based on information fusion

海警执法面临着综合执法能力有限、信息融合程度低、智能化不足等问题,已经难以适应当前复杂的周边环境态势和日益繁重的海上执法任务。因此,构建信息共享、业务联动的海上执法系统已经成为必然趋势。文章提出了一种一体化的执法系统体系架构,并对多源信息融合、船舶图像识别、智能预警等技术进行了介绍,可为提升海上执法能力提供借鉴。

Maritime police ship law enforcement faces problems such as limited comprehensive law enforcement capabilities,low level of information fusion,and insufficient intelligence,making it difficult to adapt to the current complex surrounding environment and increasingly complex and heavy maritime law enforcement tasks in the new era.Therefore,building a maritime law enforcement system with information sharing and business linkage has become an inevitable trend.The article proposes an integrated law enforcement system architecture and introduces technologies such as multi information fusion,ship image recognition,and intelligent early warning.It can provide reference for improving maritime law enforcement capabilities.
