多种磁共振功能成像在脑功能定位中的综合应用效果

Comprehensive application of various functional magnetic resonance imaging in brain functional localization

目的分析多种磁共振功能成像方法在脑功能定位中的综合应用效果及作用。方法选择2022年1月~2023年1月期间在本院进行脑胶质瘤手术的60例患者,基于脑功能定位的需求,先后为所有患者开展静息态功能磁共振检查、语言任务态功能磁共振检查以及二者的联合检查。对比三种方法的诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异度和AUC指数。结果静息态功能磁共振检查的诊断准确率、灵敏度和特异度与语言任务态功能磁共振检查均相近,P>0.05;联合检查分别与静息态功能磁共振检查、语言任务态功能磁共振检查进行对比,诊断准确率、灵敏度和特异度均与后两者有明显不同,P<0.05。静息态功能磁共振检查的AUC指数为0.69,语言任务态功能磁共振检查的AUC指数为0.61,联合检查的AUC指数为0.73,联合检查的真实性高于其他两种方法。结论静息态功能联合语言任务态功能磁共振检查对脑胶质瘤手术的脑功能区定位上具有更高的灵敏度、特异度、诊断准确性和真实性。

Objective To analyze the effect and role of the integrated application of multiple magnetic resonance functional imaging methods in brain functional localization.Methods 60 patients who underwent glioma surgery in our hospital between January 2022 and January 2023 were selected,and resting-state functional MRI,speech task-state functional MRI,and a combination of both were performed for all patients successively based on the need for brain functional localization.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity and AUC index of the three methods were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of resting-state functional MRI were similar to those of verbal task-state functional MRI,P>0.05,the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the combined examination were significantly different from those of resting-state functional MRI and verbal task-state functional MRI,P<0.05.The AUC index of resting-state functional MRI was The AUC index was 0.69 for resting-state functional MRI,0.61 for verbal task-state functional MRI,and 0.73 for combined examination,and the veracity of combined examination was higher than the other two methods.Conclusion Resting-state functional combined with verbal task-state functional MRI has higher sensitivity,specificity,diagnostic accuracy and veracity on localization of functional brain areas for glioma surgery.
