循证护理在肾结石患者中的应用效果

Effect of evidence-based nursing inrenal stone patients

目的分析及评估选取循证护理对肾结石患者临床护理的效果。方法基于抽签法将采集时间为2021年9月至2022年9月期间,我院纳入的108例患者予以分组,将纳人本次研究当中的108例患者分为参照组(54例)试验组(54例),参照组行常规护理,试验组行循证护理。结果试验组护理依从性98.18%高于参照组护理依从性87.04%,护理满意度各评分试验组均优于参照组评分,统计学计算结果表明P<0.05;干预之前2组疼痛评分与健康知识掌握水平评分对比无意义(P>0.05)。结论对肾结石患者临床开展循证护理效果显著,能全面提升患者健康知识掌握水平,缓解其疼痛,依从性与满意度较高。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing on the clinical care of patients with kidney stones.Methods Based on the method of drawing lots,108 patients included in our hospital during the period from September 2021 to September 2022 were divided into two groups:the reference group(54 cases)and the test group(54 cases).The reference group received routine nursing and the test group received evidence-based nursing.Results The nursing compliance of the test group was 98.18% higher than that of the reference group(87.04%),and the scores of nursing satisfaction of the test group were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the comparison between the pain score and the health knowledge mastery level score of the two groups was not statistical different(P>0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with kidney stones has a significant effect,which can comprehensively improve the patients health knowledge mastery level and relieve their pain,The overall clinical compliance and satisfaction are relatively high.
