高血压合并冠心病患者的延续性护理效果及对遵医行为、生活质量的影响

Effect of continuous nursing care on compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的主要研究延续性护理方式对于高血压合并冠心病患者的护理效果。方法本研究的所有患者病例均来自鸡西市人民医院,病历数合计83份,该83名患者均为2019年3月-2022年10期间,被确诊为高血压合并冠心病。采用配偶设计分组方法,分成两组。对照组(41例)常规护理,观察组(42例)延续性护理。研究周期为6个月,最后对研究指标进行统计分析。结果所有患者干预后血压值都得到改善,观察组数值更接近于正常范围,表明观察组效果更好;观察组遵医行为方面也得到了更高的评分,不但能够健康饮食,还能够按时服药,并且健身锻炼,增强体质;生活质量评分也充分证明延续性护理的效果。结论延续性护理对于高血压合并冠心病患者具有更高的护理价值,深受广大患者的喜爱,并且得到了较高的评分,值得推广。

Objective To study the nursing effect of continuous care for patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods All the patient cases in this study were from Jixi People's Hospital,with a total number of 83 medical records.The 83 patients were diagnosed with hypertension with CHD from March 2019to 2010 in 2022.The mate-design grouping method was used and divided into two groups.Routine care in control group(41 cases)and observation group(42 cases).The study period is 6 months,and finally statistical analysis of the study indicators,Results The blood pressure value of all patients was improved after intervention,and the value ofthe observation group was closerto the normalrange indicating that the observation group was better;The observation group also got higher scores,not only eating healthy diet,taking medicine on time,and enhancing physical fitness.The quality of life score also fully proved the effect of continuous care.Conclusion Continuation nursing has higher nursing value for patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,is loved by the majority of patients,and has a high score,which is worth promoting.
