复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗脓疱型银屑病的临床效果

Clinical effect analysis of compound glycyrrhizin combined with acitretin in the treatment of pustular psoriasis

目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A应用在脓疱型银屑病治疗中的临床效果。方法2021年6月至2023年4月诊治的60例脓疱型银屑病患者,对30例乙组患者应用阿维A胶囊治疗,30例甲组患者用复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A胶囊治疗,统计疗效。结果甲组患者治疗有效率(90%)明显高于乙组(63.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者PASI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后甲组PASI评分明显低于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组患者不良反应发生率(10%)低于乙组(36.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A在脓疱型银屑病治疗中可提高治疗有效率,降低PASI评分,减少不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with acitretin in the treatment of pustular psoriasis.Methods A total of 60 patients with pustular psoriasis diagnosed and treated from June 2021 to April 2023 were selected and treated with acitretin capsules in group B(30 cases)and compound glycyrrhizin combined with acitretin capsules in group A(30 cases),and the treatment efficacy was statistically compared.Results The treatment response rate of patients in group A(90%)was significantly higher than that of group B(63.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PASI scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the PASI scores of patients ingroup A were significantly lower than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A(10%)was significantly lower than that in group B(36.67%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with acitretin has good application value in the treatment of pustular psoriasis,which can improve the treatment efficiency,reduce PASI score,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
