加速康复外科护理在原发性肝癌患者肝切除围手术期的应用

Application of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative period of primary liver cancerpatients undergoing hepatectomy

目的探讨加速康复外科护理对原发性肝癌患者围手术期的影响。方法选取我院2019年12月至2022年12月间收治的220例原发性肝癌患者,将其分为两组,观察组实施加速康复外科护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比两组的围手术期情况。结果首次肛门排气、首次排便、功能恢复及住院时间,观察组更优,两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),并发症发生率看察组为6.36%,对照组为13.64%,两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于实施肝切除术的原发性肝癌患者采用加速康复外科护理的效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing on perioperative period of patients with primary liver cancer.Methods 220 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to ourhospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The observation group received accelerated rehabilitation surgical care,while the control group received routine care.The perioperative conditions of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of first anal discharge,first defecation,functional recovery,and hospital stay,the observation group was better,with a difference between the two groups(P<00.05).In terms of the overall incidence of complications,the observation group was 6.36%,while the control group was 13.64%.There was a difference between the two groups,P<00.05.Conclusion For patients with primary liver cancer undergoing hepatectomy,the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing is significant and worth promoting.
