长春西汀在慢性脑供血不足患者中的应用效果

Effect of vinpocetine in patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency

目的分析对慢性脑供血不足患者实施长春西汀治疗的效果。方法2021-10至2022-12,我院收治的慢性脑供血不足患者为50例,依据治疗方式分成对照组、观察组,前者接受复方丹参注射液治疗,后者接受长春西汀进行治疗,对比分析不同的治疗效果。结果治疗有效率,对比差异显著(P<0.05),观察组有效率更高;血液流速,治疗前对比(P<0.05),无明显差异,治疗后对比(P<0.05),差异显著,观察组更优;血液流变学指标,对比结果(P<0.05),差异明显,观察组各指标更低;临床症状改善时间,观察组用时较短,两组对比(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论对慢脑供血不足患者实施长春西汀治疗的价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of vinpocetine treatment on patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency.Methods Taking the patients with chronic cerebral blood insufficiency admitted to our hospital as an example,50 patients were selected to participate in the study.The study time range was from 2021-10 to 2022-12.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,namely,the control group and the observation group.The former received the treatment of compound salvia injection,and the latter received the treatment of vinpocetine.The different treatment effects were compared and analyzed.Results there was significant difference in the effective rate of treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in blood flow rate before treatment compared with that after treatment(P<0.05);The hemorheology indexes were significantly different from those in the observation group(P<0.05);The clinical symptom improvement time was shorterin the observation group,and the dfference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vinpocetine is of high value in the treatment of patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency,and it is worth popularizing.
