舒适护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comfort nursing in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探究舒适护理运用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者护理中的应用效果。方法2021.04~2022.09在本院就诊的80例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者,随机分组,对照组40例常规护理,实验组40例舒适护理。统计生活质量、并发症发生率、临床指标、术后疼痛感。结果施行舒适护理后,实验组数据均得到改善,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者护理中实施舒适护理,可帮助避免出现术后并发症,促进早日康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods During 2021.04 to 2022.09,80 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy treated in our hospital were randomly grouped,40 patients in thecontrol group,routine nursing,40 patients in the experimental group,comfortnursing Statistics:quality of lif,incidence of complications,clinical indicators were compared.Results After the implementation of comfort nursing means,the inter-group study data had positive improvement significance.Compared with the control group,the experimental group improved the level of clinical indicators better(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy,the implementation of comfortable nursing can help patients avoid postoperative complications and promote postoperative recovery.
