新疆乌鲁木齐地区气传致敏花粉调查

摘要 目的 明确新疆乌鲁木齐地区气传致敏花粉的种类、数量及播散规律。方法 应用重力沉降法监测2021年全年每日花粉种类及含量。结果 2021年1月1日~2021年12月31日共收集花粉总数48 242粒/1 000 mm^(2),其播散呈现2次花粉高峰期,第一个高峰在4月,以榆属、白蜡树属、杨属、槭属、柳属等树木花粉为主,花粉含量高达28 306粒/1 000 mm^(2),占全年花粉总量的58.68%;第二个高峰在8月和9月,以藜科/苋科和蒿属等草本花粉为主,春季花粉含量明显高于夏秋季花粉。结论乌鲁木齐地区2021年花粉分布呈2个高峰,高峰期优势种属分布为榆属、藜科/苋科和蒿属。 OBJECTIVE To clarify the species,quantity and dissemination rule of airborne sensitized pollen in Urumqi,Xinjiang.METHODS The gravity sedimentation method was used to monitor the daily pollen species and content in 2021,and the statistics were calculated by month.RESULTS From January 1,2021 to December 31,2021,a total of 48242 pollen grains/1000 mm^(2)were collected,and its dissemination showed two pollen peaks.The first peak was in April,which was dominated by tree pollens of Ulmus,Fraxinus,Populus,Acer,Salix,etc.,also chenopodiaceae/Amaranthus pollen dispersal.The pollen content in April was as high as 28306 grains/1000 mm^(2),accounting for 58.68%of the total pollen of the whole year.The second peak was in August and September,with Chenopodiaceae/Amaranthus and Artemisia as the main herbaceous pollens.CONCLUSION In 2021,the pollen distribution in Urumqi area showed two peaks,and the dominant species in the peak period were Ulmus,Chenopodiaceae/Amaranthus and Artemisia.
