双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合四联疗法对HP阳性胃溃疡患者临床症状分析

Effect of BifidobacteriumTetrad ViableTablets Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Clinical Symptoms in Patients with HP Positive Gastric Ulcer

目的探究双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori HP)阳性胃溃疡患者临床症状及血清炎性因子、胃泌素的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2022年9月本院收治的HP阳性胃溃疡患者62例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组采用四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,两组患者均持续治疗14 d。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、血清炎性因子及胃泌素水平、不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的70.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹胀症状消失时间、反酸症状消失时间、嗳气症状消失时间、腹痛症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清炎性因子、GAS比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、胃泌素均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合四联疗法在HP阳性胃溃疡患者中疗效确切,能够缩短反酸、嗳气等症状消失时间,降低IL-6、CRP等炎性因子水平,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objectives To explore the effect of Bifidobacterium tetrad viable tablets combined with quadruple therapy on clinical symptoms,serum inflammatory factors and gastrin(GAS)in patients with Helicobacter pylori(HP)positive gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 62 patients with HP positive gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group randomly,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,on which basis the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetrad live tablet.Both groups were treated continuously for 14days.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,serum inflammatory factors and GAS levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%,which was significantly higher than the 70.96%in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal distension symptoms,acid reflux symptoms,belching symptoms,and abdominal pain symptoms in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factors and GAS between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and Gastrin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bifidobacteriumtetrad viable tablets combined with quadruple therapy is effective in patients with HP positive gastric ulcer,which can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms such as acid reflux and belching,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors such as IL-6 and CRP,and have high safety.Therefore,the therapy is worthy of clinical application.
