摘要
目的探讨复方麝香注射液联合依达拉奉治疗颅脑外伤患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月收治的84例颅脑外伤患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组42例。对照组给予依达拉奉治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用复方麝香注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的D-二聚体水平低于对照组,凝血酶原时间(PT)及活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平低于低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方麝香注射液联合依达拉奉治疗颅脑外伤患者的效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound musk injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 84 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the study group was treated with compound musk injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the D-dimer level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound musk injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of patients with craniocerebral trauma has a significant effect.
