复方苦参注射液联合一线化疗方案对晚期结肠癌患者氧化反应指标及基质金属蛋白酶水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨复方苦参注射液联合一线化疗方案对晚期结肠癌患者氧化反应指标及基质金属蛋白酶水平的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2021年3月接收的108例晚期结肠癌患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组接受一线化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方苦参注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗2个周期后,观察组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平高于对照组,过氧化脂质(LPO)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个周期后,观察组的基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的部分缓解率高于对照组,进展率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的化疗毒副反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合一线化疗方案治疗晚期结肠癌的效果较好,其能调节氧化反应指标及基质金属蛋白酶水平,减少化疗毒副反应,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effects of compound Kushen injection combined with first-line chemotherapy on oxidative response indexes and matrix metalloproteinase levels in patients with advanced colon cancer.Methods A total of 108 patients with advanced colon cancer received from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with first-line chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with compound Kushen injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 cycles of treatment,the levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of lipid peroxide(LPO)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 cycles of treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-7(MMP-7)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The partial remission rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the progress rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of toxic and side effects of chemotherapy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Kushen injection combined with first-line chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced colon cancer,it can regulate the oxidative response indexes and matrix metalloproteinase levels,and reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy,which is worth promoting.
