中医特色护理联合疼痛护理在混合痔手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with pain nursing in patients with mixed hemorrhoids surgery

目的探讨中医特色护理联合疼痛护理在混合痔手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月汉中市中医医院收治的200例接受手术治疗的混合痔患者为研究对象,依照住院单双号将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医特色护理联合疼痛护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后1、3 d及术后第1次排便,两组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的简明心境量表(POMS-SF)各维度评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的重建排便时间、创面愈合时间、水肿消失时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理联合疼痛护理能够减轻混合痔手术患者的疼痛感,改善不良情绪,加快康复进程,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with pain nursing in patients with mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment in Hanzhong Hospital of TCM from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the odd and even number of hospitalization,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with pain nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 1,3 d after intervention and the first defecation after operation,the Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score of the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Profile of Mood States-Short Form(POMS-SF)in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The reconstruction defecation time,wound healing time and edema disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with pain nursing can reduce the pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids surgery,improve bad mood,speed up the rehabilitation process,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
