袋鼠式护理在新生儿窒息中的应用效果

目的探讨袋鼠式护理在新生儿窒息中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月我院收治的42例窒息新生儿为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各21例。两组患儿均进行复苏治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施袋鼠式护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的Apgar及神经行为评定(NBNA)评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的营养不良总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的心率、呼吸频率及血氧饱和度均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的体质量、身长大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论袋鼠式护理在新生儿窒息中的应用效果显著,其可改善患儿的窒息情况,促进神经及体格生长发育,稳定心率、呼吸频率及血氧饱和度,降低营养不良发生率,提高患儿家属的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of kangaroo nursing on neonatal asphyxia.Methods A total of 42 asphyxiated newborns admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the newborns were divided into control group and observation group,with 21 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with resuscitation,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given kangaroo nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Apgar and Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA)scores of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of malnutrition in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the heart rate,respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the body weight and body length of the observation group were greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangaroo nursing in neonatal asphyxia has remarkable application effect,which can improve the asphyxia of children,promote neurological and physical growth and development,stabilize heart rate,respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation,reduce the incidence of malnutrition,and improve the satisfaction of children's families.
