格林模式健康教育联合整体护理对产妇产后不良情绪的影响

目的探讨格林模式健康教育联合整体护理对产妇产后不良情绪的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2021年8月的150例产妇作为研究对象,根据护理方案不同将其分为对照组(75例,整体护理)和观察组(75例,格林模式健康教育联合整体护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的知识、态度、行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。产后1个月,观察组的产褥期卫生、产后饮食、新生儿喂养评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。产后1个月,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论格林模式健康教育联合整体护理可促进产妇的健康行为,提升护理能力,减轻焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Green model health education combined with holistic nursing on postpartum adverse emotions of maternal.Methods A total of 150 maternal from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(75 cases,holistic nursing)and observation group(75 cases,Green model health education combined with holistic nursing)according to different nursing schemes.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).One month after delivery,the scores of puerperal hygiene,postpartum diet and neonatal feeding in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).One month after delivery,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Green model health education combined with holistic nursing can promote maternal health behavior,improve nursing ability,reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
