信息共享深化医疗资源下沉策略研究——基于4R理论

Research on the strategy of medical information sharing to promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources——based on 4R theory

随着信息技术在医疗卫生领域的广泛应用,医疗信息资源日渐重要。在推进区域医疗信息化的过程中,“信息孤岛”问题突显,阻碍了医疗资源的合理分配。医疗信息共享能够有效地解决“信息孤岛”,加强信息整合,实现医疗资源的上下贯通。本文基于4R理论从关联、反应、关系、报酬4个方面探讨促进医疗信息和医疗资源共享的策略,以促进优质医疗资源下沉基层,提升医疗服务水平,满足人们多元化的健康需求。

With the wide application of information technology in the field of health care,medical information resources are becoming increasingly important.In the process of promoting regional medical informatization,the problem of“information island”is highlighted,which hinders the rational allocation of medical resources.Medical information sharing can effectively solve the“information island”,strengthen information integration,and achieve the connectivity of medical resources.Based on the 4R theory,this paper discusses the strategies to promote the sharing of medical information and medical resources from the perspectives of relevance,response,relationship and remuneration,so as to promote high-quality medical resources to sink to the grassroots level,improve the level of medical services and meet people’s diversified health needs.
