miRNA与冠心病生物学效应的文献计量学及可视化分析

摘要 目的:采用文献计量学方法对microRNA(miRNA)与冠心病的相关文献进行可视化分析,探索该领域2006—2021年的研究现状、热点及趋势。方法:以Web of Science核心合集为文献来源,运用Excel2019、CiteSpace 5.8.R3、VOSviewer 1.6.17软件对该研究领域的研究现状和发展趋势进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入1 039篇文献,PLoS One是发文量最多的期刊,“Circulating microRNAs in patients with coronary artery disease”是被引用最多的论文,我国是该研究领域的主要研究国家,南京医科大学是该研究领域的核心机构;综合分析,该研究领域可大致分为5个聚类:endothelial cells(内皮细胞)、circulating micro RNA(循环microRNA)、coronary atherosclerosis(冠状动脉疾病)、target gene(靶基因)、extracellular vesicles(细胞外囊泡),主要研究内容集中于miRNA效应及生物标志、基因表达与疾病风险。近4年来,该研究领域的主流体现在apoptosis(凋亡)、protect(保护)、growth(增殖)、migration(迁移)、long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)、inhibition(抑制)、oxidative stress(氧化应激)、congenital heart disease(先天性心脏病)、circular RNA(circRNA)。结论:miRNA作为冠心病潜在的生物标志,在冠心病研究领域中具有良好的发展前景,对此深入研究能为冠心病的诊断和治疗拓宽思路,提供新导向。 Objective:To explore the research status,hotspots,and trends in the field of microRNA(miRNA)and coronary heart disease(CHD)from 2006 to 2021 by using bibliometric methods.Methods:Taking the core collection of Web of Science as the literature source,Excel2019,CiteSpace 5.8.R3,and VOSviewer 1.6.17 software were used to visually analyze the research status and development trend of this research field.Results:A total of 1039 articles were included.PLoS One is the most published journal."Circulating microRNAs in patients with coronary artery disease"is the most cited paper.China is the main research country in this field.Nanjing Medical University is the core institution in this research field.Based on comprehensive analysis,the research field can be roughly divided into five clusters:endothelial cells,circulating microRNA,coronary atherosclerosis,target gene,and extracellular vesicles.The main research contents focus on miRNA effects and biomarkers,gene expression,and disease risk.In the past four years,the mainstream of this research field is reflected in apoptosis,protect,growth,migration,long noncoding RNA,inhibition,oxidative stress,congenital heart disease,circular RNA.Conclusion:As a potential biomarker of coronary heart disease,miRNA has a good development prospect in the field of coronary heart disease research.This in-depth study can broaden the thinking and provide new guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
