Packer同径止水技术在彬长矿区多含水层分层抽水试验中的应用

摘要 彬长矿区含水层厚度大,矿井防治水难度高,为准确获取地下水的水力学参数、水文地质条件,需对煤层上方各含水层进行分层抽水试验。传统的异径套管分层止水方法操作难度大,扩孔费用高,止水效果一般。为准确获取不同层位含水层水力学参数,彬长矿区引入Packer同径止水技术代替传统异径套管分层止水方法进行分层抽水试验,有效的解决了传统钻孔抽水试验中分层抽水止水难题。研究表明:采用Packer系统可轻松实现在第四系松散岩类及洛河组含水层钻孔中同径止水,具有实施过程简化、安全、高效、便捷的优点,并且可以检查止水效果,能够更加准确有效地获取各含水层的水文地质参数。 Because of the large thickness of aquifer in Binchang mining area,it is difficult to prevent and control mine water.In order to accurately obtain the hydraulic parameters and hydro-geological conditions of groundwater,it is necessary to carry out stratification pumping test on each aquifer above the coal seam.The traditional method of reducing casing layer sealing is difficult to operate,the cost of reaming is high,and the sealing effect is not good.In order to accurately obtain the hydraulic parameters of aquifers at different levels,Packer's same diameter sealing technology was introduced in Binchang mine area to replace the traditional reduced diameter casing stratified sealing method for stratified pumping test,which effectively solved the problem of stratified pumping and sealing in traditional drilling pumping test.The research shows that the Packer system can easily realize the same diameter water sealing in the drilling of Quaternary loose rocks and Luo riverformation aquifers,which has the advantages of simplified implementation process,safety,high efficiency and convenience,and can check the water sealing effect,which can more accurately and effectively obtain the hydro-geological parameters of each aquifer.
