血必净注射液联合血液净化治疗重症脓毒血症的临床效果及对炎症反应的影响

Clinical Effect of Xuebijing Injection Combined with Blood Purification in the Treatment of Severe Sepsis and Its Effect on Inflammatory Response

目的分析重症脓毒血症患者采取血液净化与血必净注射液静脉滴注联合治疗的临床价值。方法选取2018年5月—2023年5月因重症脓毒血症在龙岩人民医院接受治疗的100例患者作为研究对象;采用随机抽签法对患者做小组区分,对照组(50例)治疗方法为连续性血液净化,观察组(50例)采用连续性血液净化和静脉滴注血必净注射液联合治疗,以7d为治疗周期。从临床有效性、炎症因子水平、临床指标评分、并发症情况分析不同治疗方案的临床价值。结果观察组总有效率为94.00%,较对照组的80.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05);治疗前,两组炎症指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过治疗观察组炎症因子指标较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组临床指标,观察组治疗后评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症脓毒血症患者单一接受连续性血液净化治疗的效果存在一定局限性,同时为患者静脉滴注血必净注射液治疗可促进提高临床疗效,降低炎症反应及并发症发生风险,改善病情。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of the combined treatment of severe septicemia patients with blood purification and Xuebijing injection intravenous drip.Methods 100 patients who received treatment in Longyan People's Hospital for severe sepsis from May 2018 to May 2023 were selected as the object of analysis.The random lottery method was used to make group distinction among the patients,and the treatment method of the control group(50 cases)was continuous blood purification,while the observation group(50 cases)was treated with the combined treatment of continuous blood purification and intravenous Xuebijing injection,with 7d as the treatment cycle.The clinical value of different treatment plans was analyzed in terms of clinical effectiveness,inflammatory factor levels,clinical index scores,and complications.Results Analyzed the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups,94.00%of the observation group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).The test value of inflammatory indexes of the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factor indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the clinical indicators of the two groups,the score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complications incidence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous blood purification treatment for patients with severe sepsis has certain limitations,and the intravenous injection of Xuebijing can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the risk of inflammatory reactions and complications,and improve the condition of the patient,so it is worth popularizing and applying.
