鼻咽癌放疗患者并发症的预防性护理干预效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Preventive Nursing Intervention on Complications in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Radiotherapy Patients

目的对鼻咽癌放疗患者的并发症预防性护理对策与作用进行分析。方法便利选取2020年1月—2022年12月在新沂市人民医院接受治疗的54例鼻咽癌放疗患者为研究对象,据1:1等分原则随机划分为对照组、观察组,各27例。对照组给予药物干预、环境干预、健康教育等在内的基础对症护理干预服务,而观察组在此基础上给予针对性的并发症预防护理,对比两组患者生存质量、并发症及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者角色功能、认知功能、社会功能、躯体功能、情绪功能等层面评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组各层面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.41%,低于对照组的29.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.418,P<0.05)。观察组满意度96.30%,较对照组的88.89%略高,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.270,P>0.05)。结论预防性护理干预应用于鼻咽癌放疗患者护理中,可显著降低并发症发生率,保证患者获得更加有效且满意的护理服务,进而提升其生存质量,可以为传统的临床护理干预工作提供有效补充,进而保证患者安全。

Objective To analyze the preventive nursing countermeasures and effects of complications in nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy patients.Methods Fifty-four patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radiotherapy treatment in Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the 1:1 equal division principle,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was given basic symptomatic nursing intervention services including drug intervention,environmental intervention and health education,while the observation group was given targeted complication prevention care on this basis.The quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of role function,cognitive function,social function,physical function and emotional function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of all levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.41%,which was lower than 29.63%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.418,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.30%,which was slightly higher than that of the control group 88.89%,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.270,P>0.05).Conclusion The application of preventive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,ensure that patients can obtain more effective and satisfactory nursing services,and thus improve their quality of life,which can provide an effective supplement to the traditional clinical nursing intervention work,and thus ensure the safety of patients.
