摘要
目的分析阶段性健康教育指导在上消化道出血患者护理中对其自护能力的影响。方法随机选取2022年4月—2023年1月在厦门大学附属第一医院住院的120例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法分为对照组和研究组,每组60例,对照组采用常规健康指导,研究组采用阶段性健康指导,对比两组患者治疗依从率、自我护理能力、患者满意度。结果研究组的相关疾病知晓评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的总依从率为71.66%,低于研究组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时,两组自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,两组自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意率(93.34%)高于对照组(76.66%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.536,P<0.05)。结论将阶段性健康教育指导运用到上消化道出血患者的护理中,可提升相关疾病知晓率、提高依从率及自我护理能力。
Objective To analyze the effect of staged health education guidance on self-care ability in the care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 120 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were hospitalized in the First Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from April 2022 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group by double-blind method,with 60 cases in each group.Routine health guidance was used in the control group,and staged health guidance was used in the study group,compared the treatment compliance rate,self-care ability,and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results The knowledge score of related diseases in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total adherence rate of the control group was 71.66%,and lower than that of the study group of 90.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the time of admission,the levels of self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care skills,and health knowledge were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At the time of discharge,the levels of self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care skills,and health knowledge were elevated in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction rate of the study group(93.34%)was higher than that of the control group(76.66%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.536,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of staged health education guidance in the care of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can improve the knowledge rate of related diseases,compliance rate and self-care ability.
