临床护理路径在胃食管反流病患者健康教育中对其健康知识掌握情况的影响

Impact of Clinical Nursing Pathway on Health Knowledge Acquisition of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Patients in Health Education

目的研究临床护理路径在胃食管反流病患者健康教育中对其健康知识掌握情况的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年1月—2021年1月厦门大学附属第一医院消化内科收治的胃食管反流病60例患者的临床资料。按不同的护理干预方式将其分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规健康教育模式,研究组采用临床护理路径模式进行健康教育。对比两组患者的健康知识掌握情况、护理满意度及生活质量。结果研究组总体健康知识掌握水平(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可以提高胃食管反流病患者对健康知识的掌握度,提高护理满意度,提高其生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the health knowledge acquisition of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients in health education.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into a study group and a control group according to different nursing intervention modes,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional health education mode,and the study group adopted the clinical nursing pathway mode for health education.The health knowledge mastery,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The overall health knowledge mastery level of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).The nursing care satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve gastroesophageal reflux disease patients'mastery of health knowledge,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve their quality of life.
