加味补阳还五汤结合针灸治疗对气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死患者血液流变学、神经功能的影响

Effects of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture Treatment on Blood Rheology and Neurological Function of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的探讨加味补阳还五汤结合针灸治疗在气虚血瘀型急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取2022年11月—2023年4月龙口市中医医院收治的80例气虚血瘀型ACI患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用加味补阳还五汤结合针灸治疗。对比两组临床疗效、神经功能、血液流变学指标、炎症因子及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组神经功能、血液流变学指标、炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味补阳还五汤结合针灸可增强ACI治疗效果,减轻患者神经功能障碍,改善血液流变学指标、炎症水平,安全性高。

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture in patients with acute cerebral infarction acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 80 ACI patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis admitted to Longkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to April 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects,which were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases each.The control group used conventional treatment,and the observation group added flavored tonic Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,neurological function,hemorrheological indicators,inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);after treatment,the neurological function,hematrheological index and inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture can enhance the therapeutic effect of ACI,reduce neurological dysfunction in patients,improve blood rheological index,inflammation level,and have high safety.
