海藻玉壶汤加减方对甲状腺肿瘤患者中医证候的影响

Effects of the Addition and Subtraction Formula of Haizao Yuhu Decoction on the Chinese Medicine Symptoms of Patients with Thyroid Tumors

目的评估海藻玉壶汤加减方对甲状腺肿瘤患者中医证候的影响。方法按随机数表法将方便选取2021年1月—2022年12月南京市江宁中医院收治的226例甲状腺肿瘤患者分为两组,每组113例,均行腹腔镜甲状腺肿瘤切除术,对照组术后接受左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组术后接受海藻玉壶汤加减方治疗,比较两组患者中医证候积分、甲状腺功能及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2个月后,观察组中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后,观察组游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离总甲状腺素水平高于对照组,促甲状腺素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(4.42%)低于对照组(20.35%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.208,P<0.05)。结论海藻玉壶汤加减方治疗甲状腺肿瘤临床效果良好,可降低患者中医证候积分,改善甲状腺功能,安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the addition and subtraction formula of Haizao Yuhu decoction on the Chinese medicine symptoms of patients with thyroid tumors.Methods Randomly selected 226 patients with thyroid tumors in Nanjing Jiangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,113 cases in each group and both underwent laparoscopic thyroid tumor resection.The control group received postoperative treatment with levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the observation group received postoperative treatment with the addition and subtraction formula of Haizao Yuhu decoction.Comparison of Chinese medicine evidence points,thyroid function and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the levels of free triiodothyronine and free total thyroxine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of thyrotropin were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(4.42%)was lower than that in control group(20.35%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.208,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the addition and subtraction formula of Haizao Yuhu decoction in treating thyroid tumor is good,which can reduce the patients'TCM evidence points and improve the thyroid function,with high safety sodium.
