摘要
以“三学”、成果导向教育(OBE)理念为指导,以提高学生针灸操作技能、创新能力、自主学习素养并增强团队协作精神为目的,华北理工大学刺法灸法学课程组通过多角度改革,采用“集体授课、跟师学习、择优培训”三位一体模式,结合同伴教学法;同时师生共建共享教与学双重资源,注重过程化考核结合“六合一”实践,构建了基于传承与创新的知识、能力与素质并重的多元化刺法灸法学课程体系,用以提高学生理论与实践相结合的能力,满足临床针灸推拿人才培养需求。
Guided by the concept of“three-learnings”and outcomes-based education(OBE),and aimed at improving students’acu-puncture operation skills,innovation ability,self-learning literacy and enhancing teamwork spirit,the curriculum group of acupunc-ture and moxibustion techniques of North China University of Science and Technology has carried out multi-angle reform.The trinity mode of“collective teaching,learning with teachers and selecting excellent personnel for training”was combined with the peer teach-ing method to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,and improve classroom vitality.At the same time,teachers and students jointly built and shared the dual resources of“teaching+learning”,paid attention to process assessment and combined with“six in one”practice,constructed a diversified curriculum system of acupuncture and moxibustion techniques based on both inheri-tance and innovation of knowledge,ability and quality,improved students’ability to combine theory with practice,and met the needs of clinical acupuncture and massage talents.
