子宫内膜异位症与中医体质相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Endometriosis and Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution

目的探索子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者体质偏颇,为该病的早期防治以及临床辨证提供理论依据。方法以2020年1月—2021年12月于江西省中医院妇科就诊的129例EM患者(内异组)和129例健康女性(正常组)为研究对象,对其进行体质分析。结果内异组中发病率最高的为血瘀质(30.23%),阳虚质(20.16%)次之。正常组中平和质(33.33%)最多,气虚质(11.63%)次之。2组人群在平和质、阳虚质、血瘀质体质构成比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳虚质(β=0.812,P<0.05)和血瘀质(β=1.640,P<0.05)与EM患病呈正相关,平和质(β=-1.897,P<0.05)与EM患病呈负相关。结论EM患者和健康女性在体质上存在差异,其中阳虚质和血瘀质是EM患病的好发体质,平和质为EM患病的保护体质。

Objective To explore the physical bias of patients with endometriosis(EM)and provide theoretical basis for the early pre-vention and treatment of the disease and clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods A total of 129 patients with EM(EM group)and 129 healthy women(normal group)who were treated in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were studied.The physique was analyzed.Results In the EM group,the highest incidence was blood stasis(30.23%),followed by yang deficiency(20.16%).In the normal group,gentleness constitution(33.33%)were the most,followed by qi-deficiency(11.63%).There was statistical significance in the gentleness constitution,yang deficiency and blood stasis between the two groups(P<0.05).Yang deficiency(β=0.812,P<0.05)and blood stasis(β=1.640,P<0.05)were positively correlated with EM,while gentleness constitution(β=-1.897,P<0.05)were negatively correlated with EM.Conclusion There are differences in constitution be-tween EM patients and healthy women.Yang deficiency and blood stasis are good constitutions for EM disease,and gentleness consti-tution is protective constitutions for EM disease.
