知柏地黄丸联合防风通圣丸治疗青春期痤疮临床观察

Zhibai Dihuang Pills Combined with Fangfeng Tongsheng Pills in the Treatment of Adolescent Acne

目的观察知柏地黄丸联合防风通圣丸治疗风火热毒型男性大学生青春期痤疮的临床效果。方法将138例风火热毒型男性大学生青春期痤疮患者随机分成2组,治疗组(73例)给予口服知柏地黄丸联合防风通圣丸,并予以生活习惯指导;对照组(65例)单纯予以生活习惯指导。4周为1个疗程。比较2组1个疗程后,及治疗结束1个月后回访的中医证候评分疗效和痤疮综合分级系统评分(GAGS)的变化。结果1个疗程后治疗组和对照组GAGS评分均低于治疗前,且1个疗程后和回访时治疗组GAGS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。1个疗程后,治疗组的中医证候评分总有效率为93.2%(68/73),优于对照组的64.6%(42/65)(P<0.05);回访时,治疗组的中医证候评分总有效率为90.4%(66/73),优于对照组的66.2%(43/65)(P<0.05)。结论知柏地黄丸联合防风通圣丸治疗风火热毒型男性大学生青春期痤疮,简便价廉,效果明显且持久,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with Fangfeng Tongsheng pills in the treat⁃ment of adolescent acne of wind-fire and heat-toxicity type of male college students.Methods A total of 138 male college students with adolescent acne of wind-fire and heat-toxicity type were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group of 73 cases was given oral Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with Fangfeng Tongsheng pills,and given life habits guidance.The control group of 65 cases was only given life habits guidance.4 weeks was 1 course.The changes of TCM syndrome score and acne Comprehensive Grading Sys⁃tem score(GAGS)were compared between 2 groups after 1 course of treatment and 1 month after treatment.Results The GAGS score of the treatment group and the control group was lower than before treatment after 1 course of treatment,and the GAGS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after 1 course of treatment and at the follow-up visit(P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was 93.2%(68/73),which was better than that in the control group(64.6%,42/65)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was 90.4%(66/73),which was better than that in the control group(66.2%,43/65)(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with Fang⁃feng Tongsheng pills in the treatment of adolescent acne of wind-fire and heat-toxicity type of male college students is simple,cheap,effective and long-lasting,and is worthy of promotion.
