益肾除颤汤联合多巴丝肼片治疗帕金森病临床观察

Yishen Chuzhan Decoction Combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets in the Treatment of Parkinson Parkinson’s Disease

目的探讨益肾除颤汤联合多巴丝肼片在帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2019年5月—2021年5月济宁市中医院收治的PD患者74例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,各37例。对照组予以多巴丝肼片治疗,观察组给予益肾除颤汤联合多巴丝肼片治疗,30 d为1个疗程,均持续2个疗程。对比分析2组临床疗效、认知功能、日常生活活动能力、氧化应激反应指标水平、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%(35/37),高于对照组的75.68%(28/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分及丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组MMSE、ADL评分及GSH-Px、SOD水平高于对照组,MDA水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益肾除颤汤联合多巴丝肼片能够有效改善PD患者认知,减轻其氧化应激反应,提高其日常生活活动能力,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the application value of Yishen Chuzhan decoction combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydro⁃chloride tablets on Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods 74 patients with PD treated in Jining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Chuzhan decoction combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride tablets.30 days was a course of treatment,both of which were treated for two courses.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function,activity of daily living ability,oxidative stress index level and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.59%(35/37),which was higher than that of the control group(75.68%,28/37),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of MMSE,ADL and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and su⁃peroxide dismutase(SOD)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,MMSE,ADL scores,GSH-Px and SOD levels in observation group were higher than those in control group,MDA levels were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistical sig⁃nificance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yishen Chuzhan decoction combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride tablets can effectively improve the cognition of PD patients,reduce their oxidative stress response,and improve their daily living activities,which is safe and reliable.
